Yesterday (or the day before) I tried a brand of nail polish I never used before and it's the Forever XXI brand : Love & Beauty. Yet again, it's another polish I've had for a while, but never got to try it until now. It's a light gray shade with a light pink shimmer in it, but it's a super subtle shade of pink. I had so much trouble trying to capture it with my camera, and in the end I barely caught it. Anyway, I put a glitter polish on top of it : a verry pretty silver, blue and pink glitter Sally Hansen polish. See for yourself:
I don't know if you can maybe see the pink shimmer in my index on the first two pictures, and in the bottle of the last picture. Anyway, it's definitely there in real life. It's cute, it gives a little punch of color.
Now, I'm kinda repeating myself, but in this manicure I used (Pictures below) :
- China Glaze Nail Strengthener and Growth Formula - Base coat, one coat.
It's the first time I use this, so I'm gonna be back on this one to share my toughts on it.
- Forever XXI Love & Beauty nail polish in Light Grey - Base color, three coats.
There is no name on the label of my bottle except for "Light Grey", but I searched on the Forever21 website and I think I found the color. On the website it's called: Ashes. I put three coats, but two coats was absolutely fine. I was just feeling for three. I'm not in love with the texture/formula of the polish, but it's not that bad. It does what it's suppose to.
- Sally Hansen Hard as Nails in Ice Queen # 840 - Glitter, two coats.
You can put only one coat, but it depends on how much glitters you want. I think this nail polish is fun. It's easy to apply and there is a good amounth of glitters for one coat. It's a mix of blue, light pink and silver glitters.
- inm Out the door fast drying top coat, one coat.
It's the first time I use this too, but I must say that it's good stuff. It dryed very quickly. I didn't compared it to Seche Vite yet, but it shouldn't take long before I do. It had 6 coats of nail polishes - total - to dry and it did a pretty damn good job! I'm impressed. The formula is not as tick as Seche Vite, but it's not as liquidy as Good to Go from Essie, which I like a lot.

I think that on this picture it really shows how cute it is (those are the old Love & Beauty nail polish bottles)
Anyway, I think I went around all the important stuff. If I didn't, please tell me. I want it to be as interresting and precise as possible. I'm still learning and discovering the blog world.
I guess that's all folks!
A.
